Perks of Pace Points

North 6th Agency is lauded for their company culture, which includes their patented Pace Points program launched in 2018. The program allows employees to pick their rewards based on what is most important to them; quality of life, transport & housing, travel, health & experiences. On this project I collaborated with N6A’s SVP of  Talent and Development to create a series of targeted ads on Facebook & LinkedIn for employee recruitment based on the Pace Points program. We selected specific reward areas to focus on, and targeted the ads to audiences that would appreciate those perks, for a total of five ads that ran across Linkedin and Facebook. The ads linked to a page within our company site that explained the Pace Points program, including press, a rewards matrix, and a call to action to for applicants to submit their resume.
